Being a teenager is hard.  There is so much going on in the world right now and it is difficult to know where you fit.  Many teens struggle not only with self identity but also finding their path in life.  Many parents struggle to find a balance between letting them be independent and managing their behavior at the same time.

 

We need people to hold us accountable, even to ourselves. Building confidence and feelings of self worth are vital to mental health and well being.
